The aegis 4KPROIP-KVM fiber series includes the 4KPROIP-FOC-EN-U encoder and 4KPROIP-FOC-DE-U decoder. The aegis 4KPROIP-FOC-DE-U fiber KVM decoder is the receiving component of a professional-grade long-distance IP video transmission system, supporting UHD 4K60Hz (4:4:4) video processing. It receives signals from a 10Gb Ethernet switch via a fiber optic interface, decodes them, and outputs them through HDMI® to display devices, achieving uncompressed, zero-latency high-quality audio and video playback. A single fiber optic cable supports ultra-long-distance transmission of up to 20 kilometers. The system integrates USB 2.0 KVM functionality, featuring mouse and keyboard interfaces to directly control video source devices at the encoder end. It also includes a 3.5mm audio interface, bidirectional infrared, and RS232 control functions. Through a web interface, users can flexibly configure matrix switching, video walls, and multi-view displays. Combined with video scaling functionality, it is particularly suitable for professional application scenarios requiring long-distance KVM control, such as large venues, inter-building connections, educational campuses, and corporate headquarters.
